Soil/Habitat – Will grow in all types of soils from clay, loam, to sand.

Water – Moist to wet. Should be well-drained but moisture retentive.

Dimensions – Height – 2 – 3 feet Width – 1 – 2 feet

Flowers – violet/blue flowers from August to September.

Notes – Flowers attract primarily long-tongued bees, bumblebees, small carpenter bees, hummingbirds, and butterflies. Rated as ‘ special value to native bees ‘ by pollination experts.
